Pet Owners- I just wanted to let everyone in on a good thing for your dog.

I recently had my 16 year old Golden Retriever bathed and groomed for less than

half of the cost of pet smart. I found Kristie's Discount Dog Grooming on

Craigslist and was a bit skeptical at first but after seeing the results of

our first visit I will be coming back again and again. Why pay the high prices

of other groomers when Kristie will do a better job and at a much better rate.

WOW - From the moment Kristie opened the door I felt completely comfortable leaving my dogs with her. She was very warm and loving towards them. I cant say enough about how great it is to have found an experienced person that can give my pets one on one attention at such a low price! Now I don't have to break the bank to pamper my babies! When I picked them up they looked and smelled great! Also, they were so much happier than when I pick them up at a regular groomer. Kristie's place is quiet and calming so the pets can view it as a positive experience rather than a dreaded one. Thank you so much Kristie!

Kristielee groomed my Maltese Sasha Bella this weekend, and she did an impressive job.  She was very professional and knowledgeable when speaking to her on the phone and in person. I was very happy with the service I received and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great groomer. I have been searching for a long term groomer for two years and I have finally found one.  Thanks Kristielee!

Scruffy and Max look great. I had the same groomer for the past seven years. I had to give up my every six week appointment sadly about a year ago due to cost cutting during this economy. Your ad was a life saver  although I was hesitant to respond to an ad on craigslist you took all my concerns away the minute I met you. Kristie has been grooming our black and white Cocker Spaniel Molly Jo since we moved to Manassas.  She is terrific, her rates are reasonable and the service is first rate.  She corrected the bad cut that we got at the Petco where we had Molly groomed at before.

She will be the only groomer we'll use as long as we are in Northern Virginia.

Kristie is SUPER! Our “boys” (A Bichon/Poodle and Mini Poodle) have always been groomed by my husband,

but he got sick and they had to go to a groomer in September.

What a nightmare-our Bichon/Poodle came back with “razor burns” on his tummy, and was so traumatized

that he didn’t eat for two days!

I know that he is wiggle-my husband says it’s like trying to groom Jell-o, but Kristie had no problem!

She gave them perfect cuts, Bogie and Curly looked absolutely terrific, and they had a great time with her!

She is worth the drive and every penny for two happy fur babies! We’ll be back-and we’re telling everyone we know!

Just wanted to share that today our three yorkies, Dixie, Teddy, and Maxie, as well as our two Bichon Frises, Missy and Prissy were groomed at Kristies. What a truly wonderful job she did. We were all so very pleased. This was a first time grooming for two of our little yorkies. They came home so beautiful with Christmas scarves and bows in their hair. Kristie worked with our weekend needs by grooming all five of our little dogs on a Sunday afternoon. We are so pleased and recommend her very highly!!

  I recently took our one year old cocker spaniel to Kristy to be groomed, as a present for my ten year old daughter. What she accomplished in two hours was nothing short of miraculous. Mo Mo had never been to a professional groomer before so I'm sure it could not have been an easy task. Also he doesn't have the normal cocker coat so she made him absolutely adorable by giving him a setter clip. Also, at her prices and the ease of the whole experience I'm sure we will become regulars. My daughter is thrilled and Mo Mo is so kissable now, we can't stop loving on him. Thanks Kristy for helping me make one of my little girl's wishes come true.

The boys are resting peacefully after their big outing at your home. Although we have not had them long, I can honestly say that this is the best "hair cut" they have ever had! They look so handsome and smell so good that we are all fighting over who gets to snuggle with who!

I wish I could tell everyone what a "gem" you are! I feel like we found a real treasure with you. I felt so good about leaving my boys with you. I didn't give them a second thought--unlike when we left them at PetSmart who will no longer even allow them in the same kennel! I felt good knowing they were in excellent hands. You have a wonderful gift and we are going to keep coming back for more! Thank you for making them look so adorable for the holidays. A dog may be a man's best friend but a clean dog is this lady's best friend!

Kristie I just wanted to tell you Thank You. This past weekend you bath Chapitoulas (Great Dane) and Charlie (Pug) and did a excellent job. Both their coats were soft and shiny, they felt wonderful. Both boys felt like they were at a 2nd home at your place, which is comforting for me. Charlie has separation issues and when I left him in your home I knew this would be easier on him. My sister told me about the great experience she had taking her her "boys" Bogie and Curly to be groomed by Kristie as well as the AWESOME price! I jumped right on it and canceled Tiger's appointment at his regular groomer - who did a good job but were really expensive - more than twice what Kristie charges. The experience with Kristie was fantastic...Tiger looked fantastic. We have now gone for our second visit and I also took my son's little Maltese (Chunna)- I could not believe what she did in just over two hours for both of them! And with a two year old and baby to care for as well! She is amazing (even if she is a Bronco's fan, LOL) and does a GREAT job!! Thank you Kristie - we will see you in 5-6 weeks! Thank you so much kristieelee! I have already begun telling anyone and everyone what an amazing job you did with my two shih tzus! Wicket and Jazzy look great, and they were so happy when we picked them up. They were not traumatized, as they have been with previous groomers. My two poodles, Blackie and Root beer LOVE Kristielee and they do not give her a hard time when she grooms them. She does a great job with both and I love how they look/smell after being groomed. Recently, my guy surprised me at her home with an engagement ring, little did I know that he had planned everything with Kristielee and she put a t shirt on Blackie that read "Will you marry my Daddy?" Oh Kristie, I cried when I picked Sasha up today because she looked and smelled so wonderful! And I haven't stopped grinning and hugging her yet! You did such a fabulous job on her... she's not easy to groom under the best conditions because of her hip, neck, leg and age issues, but you worked with her despite the awful shape her coat was in, and loved her up some, besides. I used to take my dogs to other dog salons until I found out they barked on top of their lungs when locked in a kennel and the groomers there didn't like my dogs so much for this reason. So I decided to groom them myself which was also a terrible mistake. I didn't know what to do about this problem so I asked around on the internet. People suggested Kristie's grooming on Craigslist and I felt a bit uncomfortable at first since I'd never used an at-home service before but I decided to give it a try. Well, let me just say that I am just absolutely satisfied about this decision I made since both of my dogs got the BEST grooming for a fraction of cost. Seriously, don't let the price fool you. Kristie grooms really well and she takes care of each dog. She was even in love with my dog Hogan's cool stripes underneath his coat which I didn't even know about. I drive from Tysons Corner to see Kristie. Even with the drive, it saves A LOT of money and I am happy afterwards. Plus, even my neurotic dogs don't seem to mind when they come out with a cute bandanna around their necks. Thanks Kristie From Sonny, Hogan and Johnny's mom

Kristie, I wanted to thank you VERY MUCH for making Taylor look so lovely the other day. I like her short when it's 100 degrees outside everyday. Kristie made my black toy poodle look absolutely gorgeous the other day!!! I've found a regular groomer (thank goodness). Also, the experience was definitely top-notch as far as Taylor was concerned. She wasn't scared a bit:)
