06/01/2009- Hello to all my loyal custermers out there! I have some news we are moving on the 5th of June, most of you all know this and for those of you who don't I am sorry this news is coming so late to you! We are moving to Warrenton, in to a house and i will still be doing grooming and i hope to see everyone that has come to me in the past fallow me to warrenton, but if you cannot i do understand that it may be allot more traveling for some of you, i am very sorry to see you go. I have posted the address on the locations tab for you all. i please ask you to give me a week or so to settle in to our new place before we start making apts. I am once again very sorry to inconvence anyone, but it had to happen. thank you to all of you once again and hope to be grooming your babies in no time!

 

 

 

05/05/2009- Hello once again! I hope everyone is having a wonderful spring so far. So i wanted to share something with everyone, in how i was so very disappointed, sad, mad every emotion rolled into one! So I go to Hollywood video last night to return my movies, and what do i see? I see an owner standing out side with a pit bull on a leash, not just any leash but a chain that you could pull a truck with! and thats not all he also had a chain around his neck for show and i am not talking little chain i am talking it had to way more then 5lbs! this is what angers me! would you put a 5lbs chain around your neck to look cool, well news flash it doesn't look cool it looks painful! this is the reason today society fear pit bulls and why they are band in most citys! come on! now i must say i really wanted to fix the prob and go talk to the owner but i chickened out you never know someone might shoot you these days! anyhow hope you have a great day and some one out there has the courage un like me to save a pits poor neck!

 

 

 

 

03/18/2009-Hello everyone, I hope everyone had a wonderful St. Pattys day! Anyways on to business, there is allot going on! First i would like to tell all you proud anamial lovers out there that March 20th to the 22nd there is a super pet expo going on at the Dulles Expo Center! it is going to be fantastic! they are going to have talent shows, food, selling stuff, kids stuff to do so i hope to see you out there i think it will be a blast and i really hope you have the chance to go they only have shows once a year! if you are interested here is the web site k www.superpetexpo.com

On to the next in April there is going to be a dog walk a thon April 19th 11am to 3pm in Fauquier Fairgrounds! I am sending in an application to be a vendor, i am thinking of doing nail trims for donations and i will have other goodies there also, but i hope you would join me it will be fun, and also i am looking for a volunteer to help me out! so if you are interested please contact me! anyway bring your dog and do a walk! help donate money, there will be lots of vendors there and food and fun also another dog talent show so if you know your pup can do something cool enter them it is i believe it is free! hope to see everyone there! check it out at www.fauquierhabitat.com

 

03/01/09-I am very proud that I got to be apart of something very special a couple weeks ago! I want to give a very big congratulation to Nicole Zaffke and Glenn Warman on there purposel! I got the very rare opratunity to be a part of this big event. So here is what happened.

Nicole made an apt with me to get her two poodles groomed, and a couple of days later I get an email from Glenn, that he wanted to purpose to her and he asked if he could mail a T-shirt to me that he made for there min poodle, and ofcorse I was jumping for joy and said yes! So the plane was to put the T-shirt on the dog and when she came in to pick them up she would see the T-shirt on the dog read it puzzled and turn around and see him on his knee!!!!!  I must say it worked out beautifully! Now while I was grooming the dogs he drooped her off for a little pampering for herself and she got her nails done and while that was happening he went and got a beautiful bouquet of flowers and drooped them off at my place so they would be there for when she returned! So here are some pictures, I meant to take pictures of the event itself but I forgot, because I was so darn excited I couldn't help but watch! lol.

02/01/09- How is everyones new year going? I hope everyone is doing great and getting alot of tax money back wooooo hooooo! lol. Anyhow, so I have been really busy with some great clients and all and booking up really fast so I just wanted to say if you would like to bring your baby's back to me in the future I recomend making an apt when you pick your baby up from me. That way you will get the day you want! Just a little food for thought, and I wanted to say hi! lol have a wonderful day!

 

 

 

01/24/09- So I have been getting allot of questions about, if I groom cats! Yes I sure do! I do prefer to groom them if they have been to a groomers before, so they know what is going on. If your cat has never been to the groomers I beg you please stay with them while I groom them when cats are scared and don't know were they are or what is going on they can be dangerous! lol. When dogs are scared or don't want to be messed with and when they bite the bite randomly, they just pick something that is closest to them and go for it. When a cat is scared they wait for that perfect moment, and they think out the situation, and with out warning wammo!!!! So saying it like this I prefer if the owner is there to help me out hold your cat and calm them down, If they have never been groomed before.
